These versatile 5” snack breads lend themselves to appetizers, sandwiches, paninis, pizzas, quesadillas, tacos, and more. This light and airy textured crust is made with a variety of premium ingredients including cauliflower, quinoa, millet, sorghum, agave, extra virgin olive oil, chia, and rosemary.

Water, Cauliflower, Quinoa Flour, Millet Flour, Whole Grain Sweet Sorghum, Tapioca Flour, Agave, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Yeast, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Gum (Cellulose, Guar, Xanthan), Chia Seeds, Rosemary. Allergens: None.
BAKE: Preheat oven. Remove from packaging and top with ingredients. Bake on a preheated pan, pizza stone, or pizza screen. Cool, slice, and serve.
PAN FRY or PANINI PRESS: Remove packaging and brush bottom side of snack bread with butter or olive oil. Place buttered or oiled side in contact with pan or press. For sandwiches, repeat above, putting the buttered or oiled side away from toppings.
Times and temperatures may vary. Cook until snack breads are between dark golden brown and slightly charred depending on preference. Cool on cooling rack or pizza screen to keep bottom crispy.
