Doughballs

Doughballs allow you to roll, sheet, press or hand toss a pizza crust without the need for expensive mixers and ingredient inventories. Allow us to provide you with a consistent dough that will streamline your operation. Our doughballs are made with a flavorful pizza specific recipe which consistently results in a pizza crust that exhibits outstanding flavor. Each doughball comes formed in a smooth pillow shape and lightly oiled which allows for quicker thawing and reduced preparation.

Baking Guidelines

Doughballs can be slacked out under refrigeration overnight ( 8-12 hrs.) or under ambient conditions the same day ( 4 hrs.). Regardless of the method, it is important for the dough to reach 70°F before it is formed into a crust. Allowing the dough to reach this temperature will make rolling, tossing or sheeting a snap and it will bake off without blistering. For best results the dough should not be held under refrigeration longer than 48 hrs.
