Breadsticks

Rizzuto's breadsticks are formed into 7"x10" sheets which are conveniently scored into 1"x7" sticks. This makes it very easy to prep a full or partial sheet, bake and cut into individual sticks. Available in our Extra Thick and Whole Grain varieties. Also available in a cheese stick, topped with garlic cheddar cheese spread.

Baking Guidelines

Parbaked breadsticks have less moisture than raw dough and it is important to remember that you do not want to over bake or dry them out. Breadsticks are properly done when they begin to turn a golden brown. Breadsticks can be baked directly on the rack, conveyor or deck. If you need increased bake time we recommend baking on a pan. Pans can be lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil or butter flavored vegetable oil. This will provide a slight frying effect that will enhance the flavor. The bake times provided below are recommended for baking without a pan. Bake time and/or temperature will be increased significantly when baking on a pan.
