We set out to develop a gluten free pizza crust that would be appetizing to all consumers. We frequently test this by blindly sampling it as a "new" thin product only later to divulge that it is gluten free. 9 out of 10 times we get the two word answer we're looking for..."no way". This product proves that there is a way to bake gluten free products without giving up flavor and texture. We offer gluten free in a 10" with foil pan, 5" Deep Dish, 5"x7" flatbread and 5"x12" handcrafted flatbread.
We tried your Italian Gourmet crust at the International Pizza Expo several years ago. That crust is so yummy that when we got back to Minnesota we just had to figure out a pizza we could produce with that tasty crust!
