We set out to develop a gluten free pizza crust that would be appetizing to all consumers. We frequently test this by blindly sampling it as a "new" thin product only later to divulge that it is gluten free. 9 out of 10 times we get the two word answer we're looking for..."no way". This product proves that there is a way to bake gluten free products without giving up flavor and texture. We offer gluten free in a 10" with foil pan, 5" Deep Dish, 5"x7" flatbread and 5"x12" handcrafted flatbread.
