We have brought you this unique pizza kit by partnering with wheat farmers from the rolling hills of the Palouse country to produce our handcrafted pizza crusts. Then we added our family recipe sauce and an abundance of cheese and pepperoni to bring your family the fixings for four 12" pizzeria style pizzas. Just mix our quality pizza ingredients with your family to create great pizzas and good times!

This kit is also an excellent fund raising opportunity for schools and youth organizations.

• Product must be fully thawed for preparation and baking. Product may be refrigerated for up to 14 days or frozen for 6 months.
• Preheat oven to 425°F
• Remove pizza crust from wrapper
• Cut a small corner out of the sauce packet and apply sauce to crust. Spread over crust with a spoon leaving a 3/4” rim around the edge of the crust.
• Spread the cheese evenly over the sauce. Leave a small amount of the cheese in the bag (about 1 oz.).
• Evenly place the pepperoni slices starting from the edge and filling in the middle.
• Take the remainder of the cheese and sprinkle on top of the pizza.
• Bake the pizza directly on the top rack of the oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and edges become slightly golden.
• Remove the pizza by sliding it on to a pan or cutting board. If you place the pizza on a metal pan, ensure that the pan is warm.

*Alternative baking method. Lightly oil a pan with olive or vegetable oil and place the pizza on the pan. Bake on the bottom rack for 9-11 minutes. This creates a frying effect which adds to the crust’s flavor.

Cut the pizza to serve, and enjoy!
