PRODUCTS: BREADSTICKS

Breadsticks are made with our popular extra thick pizza crust dough. This product always bakes off very light and airy. We offer four basic variations of this product that include Cheese(#300), Double Cheese (#0303), Plain (#0305) and Retail Pack (#4164). The Cheese sticks are topped with a garlic cheese spread, Double Cheese and Retail Pack are topped with garlic cheese spread and mozzarella cheese. The Plain Breadstick is available so you can top them to your specification and build a signature menu item.

Each breadstick item ( with exception to the Retail Pack ) come in perforated sheets of 10. Each individual stick measures 1”x7”. We always suggest that you serve with dipping sauces such as marinara sauce, Caesar, Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressings. BAKING GUIDELINES

Par baked breadsticks have less moisture than raw dough and it is important to remember that you do not want to over bake or dry them out. Breadsticks are properly done when they begin to turn a golden brown. Breadsticks can be baked directly on the rack, conveyor or deck. If you need increased bake time we recommend baking on a pan. Pans can be lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil or butter flavored vegetable oil. This will provide a slight frying effect that will enhance the flavor. The bake times provided below are recommended for baking without a pan. Bake time and/or temperature will be increased significantly when baking on a pan.
