Freezer to Oven Rising Crusts

Crusts must be stored frozen at all times and may remain frozen up to 120 days from date of manufacture. It is important to ensure that the crusts remained stored in the bag and that it remain folded closed to preserve product quality and prevent freezer burn. Frozen crusts are meant to be taken directly from freezer, topped and baked. There is no need to thaw this product in advance, but the product will perform fine when thawed prior to baking. When baking in a residential, conveyor or convection oven place the frozen crust on a pizza screen or pan, top and bake. When baking in a deck oven, coat the bottom with additional cornmeal or semolina flour, place on peel, top and bake directly on oven deck.
