Rizzuto Foods' food safety program is concentrated on three areas of discipline: Quality Control, Prerequisite Programs and Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP). Our prerequisite programs include Sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Pest Control, Chemical Control, Allergen Control, Traceability and Recall and Customer Complaint. These programs are in place to ensure that we manufacture within all guidelines set forth by the FDA/USDA and that we can consistently provide quality, unadulterated products. Rizzuto Foods also completes third party NSF International Food Safety Supplier audits. We are proud of our facility and the efforts of our staff.
